After a week of doing the exercises properly, I already felt so much better!
During my burnout I got all kinds of complaints like heart palpitations and dizziness. I sought a lot of help, but no one could help me. When I saw an article by Ingrid, a whole new world opened up for me. I wasn’t going crazy. I was ‘just’ constantly hyperventilating.
After a week of doing the exercises properly, I already felt so much better! I had a relapse between two lessons, but I was able to discuss it immediately and was given tools to ‘tackle’ it straight away.
