During our weekly evenings, you will learn simple but powerful techniques that will help you find more relaxation, focus and confidence. It’s a moment for yourself, where you learn to focus your attention, control breathing and experience inner peace. Every time.
Immerse yourself in an evening of coming home to yourself. You will learn to return to your heart again and again, to that place beyond good and evil. The attention training Eva offers supports your personal path to balance, peace, love and wisdom – or whatever name you give it – and helps make these qualities the basis of your daily life.
Je leert aandacht in verschillende vormen, zittend, staand en lopend. De avond bestaat uit geleide meditatie, stiltemeditatie en gespreksmeditatie, waarbij De Bloem als metafoor wordt gebruikt.
You’re completely free to participate or not in any part. There are no obligations, not even to meditate ‘well’. This evening is for you. It’s all about practicing open awareness, with your breath as an anchor. That’s all.

Eva has worked for Del Ferro since 2014. She coaches trainees who are mentally stuck and supervises stutter therapists and breathing specialists. She also teaches the deepening course and meditation and attention training at the institute in Amsterdam.
From her practice, she trains people to become The Flower Teacher. In 2024, Ingrid Del Ferro was the first to successfully complete this course.
