In 2024 I followed the 5-day course in stuttering therapy. The teaching team empowered me. For me the choice was quickly made: either continue to stutter for the rest of my life with all the consequences or do everything I can to overcome my stuttering problem.
The Del Ferro method has become my weapon to suppress the stuttering monster. Thanks to Del Ferro I have found control over my diaphragm and I enjoy speaking.
