Last week, I did the Del Ferro course. What a relief, literally and figuratively. I should have done that 53 years earlier, my life would have been happier. I no longer dared to talk on the phone, go to a birthday or ask for something at a shop.

Friday afternoon bought a nice bowl of kibbles, without stuttering. Had speech therapy for years, nothing helped. Now I can speak fluently and have been since day 1.
