For years I suffered from sleeping badly, sleeping through and/or falling asleep. Some periods more than others, but always present. At Del Ferro I learned to train my diaphragm muscle by applying the Del Ferro breathing technique. For this I attended only a few sessions. And sure enough: I sleep more hours in a row and I fall asleep faster. So I sleep better, longer and deeper. That already takes away a lot of stress!
I also learned that the Del Ferro breathing technique works not only if you have sleep problems, but also if you have to talk a lot. For example, I am in the classroom and I have to talk to 28 children all day. Then if you don’t use your breath properly, it can also cause problems such as hyperventilation or stress. So during my work, I regularly apply the breathing technique.
