Absolutely 5 stars for the Del Ferro Institute. Through a forum, I read about the Del Ferro method. I’m so glad I found this. After only the first lesson, my symptoms related to hyperventilation virtually disappeared. And I really had many and severe symptoms. Also, my sleep has improved significantly.

Communication is also very pleasant. I can recommend lessons at Del Ferro to everyone. And I also believe that this institute should be brought much more to the attention of doctors. So incredibly satisfied with this and I even have 2 more lessons to go and it has really helped me tremendously so far.
